The Program

One day at a time, one moment at a time

Stress Less DE is a mental health campaign designed to help teens identify signs, symptoms & behaviors associated with depression, anxiety and other mental health issues as well as increase access to behavioral health services.

Through a joint effort between Delaware Futures and Henrietta Johnson Medical Center, the website was launched to help the youth of Delaware to identify these stressors and learn how to use coping skills to alleviate symptoms associated with depression, anxiety and other related issues.
